Road Trip

For those of you who don't read my MySpace page or know me on Facebook, the kids and I are currently in Covington, WA. Sadly, my step-dad passed away a week and a half ago. The only way to get all the kids out here to help Mom was to drive. I did have help. Mom flew my sister Brittany out to Chicago so she could help me with the kids while I drove. My poor sister literally flew 3/4 of the way across the country to step right into a car at the airport and drive back to her home on a 4 day trip.

Not all is sadness. We've been keeping Grandma busy with all my little monkeys. She didn't know what she was asking when she wanted us out here! She took us to play at the Supermall one day, and then to Mt. Rainier the next. Who knows what will be next!

Upright Baby and Mischief

My littlest is growing up too fast! He also has one tooth coming in, which is not so fun as far as nursing is going. But he makes up for it with his super cute smile!

New Videos

I've finally put some new videos up of the kids. All three are videos of the two older kids giving their rendentions of the Alphabet Song. There are two versions of Alex. He got a little distracted while singing the first time, but that is the version on the high resolution camera. On the lower resolution one, he got to watch himself and actually finished the song.

If you click on one of the videos, you might be rewarded with a chance to see the high resolution video. I don't know how or why they put a high res version of one out, but not another. For me, it seems to be hit or miss.

Outside Fun and a New Addition

It's been warm here, finally. This means getting to kick the kids outdoors to cause trouble somewhere other than the house. Hooray!

In other news, I finally got what I've always wanted. No, not a fourth child (not yet, anyway). I bought a piano! It's an antique, possibly made in the 1930s, but it works great. Could probably use a good tuning though.
