Merry Christmas to all!

Well, here it is! Finally Christmas! Take a look at our beautiful tree with the presents finally under it. This required keeping Evie away from the tree for a time so that she wouldn't play with all the presents and try to unwrap them early. Ignore the big blank space at the bottom of the tree where all the ornaments are missing. That was Evie's decorating choice.



Next up is a photo of Evie waiting patiently to open all those wonderful gifts. OK, so she had just woken up and was more into the camera than the gifts.



Finally, we get to open some of the gifts. It took some real coaxing to get her to even pull the paper. Once she opened a gift, all she wanted to do was play with that one toy or outfit. It took some more coaxing to get her to open another one. I think we opened more of her gifts than she did!
